Excessive hand practice does not directly drain 'body energy', but it can cause temporary fatigue, anxiety and muscle tension, which may feel like body jerks. Nightfall is normal and not harmful. Your symptoms need proper evaluation to rule out stress-related issues. Please consult me so I can guide you correctly.
