Excessive hairfall from last two months

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I suffered from chickenpox in March and i applied oil to my hair and from then on i got dandruff and infection in my hair and i am facing a lot of hairfall problems. I really need help with this because I have lost 4 times of my hair in these two months.I'll go bald otherwise.
