Hairfall after chickenpox
Hello Doctor, I took a hairwash after 15 days after recovering from chickenpox. i have had the most terrible hair fall of my lifetime. I am too scared to bruth my hair now. I had taken Follyhair and Evion 400 few months back and i could see the visible difference in my hair fall and i saw regrowth as well. Shall i start taking the same supplements again. Could you please suggest any hair serum if needed in this situtaion? Or shall i wait for few washes if it goes back to normal?

Thanks for the query. One month of hair fall usually relates to an acute cause or sometimes the beginning of a chronic cause. Did you have an illness in preceding few months like a typhoid, malaria or did you undergo a surgery? Are there any acute stressors, any unusual problems? If there are so, you may be having a condition called telogen effluvium, and usually settles in few months time even without any treatment. You should have a healthy diet and good sleep.
