Nowadays my body heat is too much. Some time legs and hand burning. I am able to heat radiation from my body. I am taking buttermilk and fenugreek regularly even though it not reducing. I dono what to do. Please suggest me some solution. My father is saying if body is heat no problem. I feel bad for past 4month I am feeling so hot my body.
