Please go for a physical examination by an Ophthalmologist. This is not the kind of emergency that you should start with immediate treatment. It can be an infection, especially a viral infection . You should wear dark glasses when in bright sunlight. You should rinse your eyes repeatedly.

Use lubricating eye drops Carboxymethylcellulose
Apply a cold compress on eyes 2–3 times daily
Drink plenty of water and avoid direct sun/heat exposure
If symptoms persist, see an ophthalmologist
