Please go for a physical examination by an Ophthalmologist. This is not the kind of emergency that you should start with immediate treatment.  It can be an infection, especially a viral infection . You should wear dark glasses when in bright sunlight. You should rinse your eyes repeatedly.

I need a little more detailed history to suggest any medicine. Swelling as in generalised eye swelling or any lid? Any redness present? Kindly connect and will guide you what to do.

I would be grateful if you can elaborate on what you mean by the 'heat' issue. Is it a fever or do you feel that your eyes are burning all the time? I would like to know more about this eye swelling. Is it swelling around the eyes like on the eye brow and under or is the eyes red and swollen?
Next Steps
Kindly consult with this information if required
