Hi Warm lemon water without sugar or honey on empty stomach or green tea infusion upon waking followed by a daily 45 mins brisk walk...is very effective.. For meals high fiber diet, small frequent meals with limited portion sizes, enough hydration to body, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, oats, bran, Buttermilk, low fat dairy, slim milk, barley, more of gourd family vegetables, nuts of almonds and walnuts, seeds, whole cereal grains and whole pulses, low carbs of complex carbs, moderate proteins and low fat, 1tsp ghee in dal permitted, chewing food well, no binge eating, no fasting or feasting, black tea, black coffee are fine.. Metabolism enhancing foods for keeping active all along.. Healthy lifestyle modifications like exercises both morning and evening like situps, steps up down, aerobics, yoga, surya namaskar, pranayama, stretching etc and exposure to sun, good sleep, regular eating habits, early dinner, 2 hours of gap between dinner and night sleep, broken wheat upma with lots of seasonal vegetables for everyday night's dinner..are all essential and effective in reducing excess weight..
