Things can be controlled with right food . Food is a habit as you eat right you will crave for right kind of good , if you eat only junk n sweet carbs you will crave for carbs all the time . So fist thing is to drink good amount of water . No liquid calories . Third is choose protein n vegetables first thing to satisfy you . To lose weight,three components are equally important....diet, exercise n sleep.Take a protein rich,fibre rich, low calorie diet.Do physical exercise of 30 mins daily.Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily.
