Hello Doctors. I have an excess formation of gas which leads to back pain and high BP sometimes and constant chest heaviness. I did every tests to rule out the cardiac issue, even CT angiography. Doctors have concluded that this is due to excess gas formation. What to do now?

Have at least 4 hours of gap between each meal you consume during the day.
Try having small meals every 5 th hour.
