Excess Gas
Hello Doctors. I have an excess formation of gas which leads to back pain and high BP sometimes and constant chest heaviness. I did every tests to rule out the cardiac issue, even CT angiography. Doctors have concluded that this is due to excess gas formation. What to do now?

Since it’s been confirmed now that you have only gastritis, all you have to do is change your dietary habits. Have less oily and spicy food which prevents gastritis Have food ON time, preferably same time everyday. This keeps your brain gut axis at a ease. Have at least 4 hours of gap between each meal you consume during the day. Try having small meals every 5 th hour. Increase fibre rich foods in your diet which improves your gut motility which In turn improves your gut health Lastly don’t forget to exercise regularly, either strength and conditioning, cardio, yoga or meditation.
