Back pain because of gas

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I have severe mid back pain only on my right side. For over a week, Iam very bloated and pain is relieved when I burp briefly By massaging and applying heat I get temporary relief and burp. Bowel movement also is become an issue. _ It doesnot feel like stomach has been cleared after visiting toilet. I am unable to move much because of pain. Please guide.

It could be just a GI upset, considering your age. However and Abdominal Ultrasound is necessary to rule out Gall stones or any other problems. Gall stones can cause these symptoms and if seen on sonography then you will need surgery which is done laparoscopically or robotically Till then, simple laxatives for constipation should help
