My father is 63 years old and has recurrent incidents of severe abdominal pain starting near the navel and moving toward the chest, associated with inability to move or speak, and which resolve on their own in 30–60 minutes. A similar incident occurred 10 years ago and resolved on its own within 1 hour without any medication. He is normal now .He is not under any medication now.Gastro doctor isn't available at our location/KMCH
What should we do now?USG report is attached herewith

Recurrent severe abdominal pain in this age group needs evaluation even if USG is normal. I would advise blood tests (LFT, amylase/lipase), ECG, and gastro consultation. If pain recurs, visit emergency immediately.
