ESR 23 with fever since 5 days
I'm a 25 year old male. Having fever from last 5 days. Fever comes down after having paracetamol and antibiotics and then again relapse's . Did a cbc today along with widal. Widal is negative and esr is 23 work 12 haemoglobin. What should be the next line of treatment?

ESR is raised but not very high.   Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three to five days. CEFEXIM 200 two times a day after food for three to five days. Light diet plenty of water.
