I have episodes of anxiety and depression from time to time. I am feeling alright as of now but when I have 'episodes' of uncontrolled emotions I resort to slightly risky coping mechanisms.

2)think rationally
3)Talk and clear confusion
4)do yoga and exercise regularly
5)do muscle relaxation therapy
6)sleep atleast 8 hours
7)never loose hope.
8)always face ur fear and fight with it.
