Silver nitrate only helps in healing. Over granulation doesn't lead to prolapse. If you are getting a feeling you need a physical examination to rule it out.
Silver nitrate is used so that healing starts and no extra infection gets added to your episiotomy
The 6week episiotomy is not strong enough to feel like previous vaginal structure.
Prolapse cannot be caused by granulation tissue .
