Epdidymal cyst
Having two cyst of 2 mm and 5 mm at body and head of epidymis in testis. Earlier pain was once in 15 days now almost every third day with pain reaching to groin and side lower abdomen. Had done CT scan in July but nothing found there

It’s difficult to take a call about cyst removal surgery, as pain may even persist even after that , if it may be a neurogenic variety.
