Try to sleep before 12 regularly
Can take
Tab tagara by Himalaya
1 Twice a day for few weeks to regularise your sleep cycle naturally
12 to 1 am at night waking up for study itself is a cause for yawning etc...
When you study or do mental work then need more sleep. The memory loss otherwise... waste of study.
Also physical work / walking you are doing. All consuming energy lot. But nutrition is less in terms of food and sleep
Health Tips
Early sleep
Add Ghee in each food(ghee is good memory booster)
Its advisable you sleep early if you have to wake up at 5:30am as per your routine. Instead of resting in afternoon target a minimum total 6-7 hours sleep at night. Which will increase your alertness, memory.
Stay hydrated adequately through the day.
Wish you good health
