Enlarged breast tissue in Men

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hi, I have a enlarged breast tissue in my left chest from 7 years .Recently one of my friend asked me to check with doctor i went to doctor and he ordered a ultrasound and it showed slight ly enlarged breast tissue up to 5.8 mm.he told nothing serious .Shall i be concerned about this ? Pls help
