From last 6 years, I am feeling very tired after office. Gradually increasing in tiredness.
In the morning I do 10 to 15 minutes exercise, a bit irregular ( 3 to 4 days per week). During playing cricket, losing stamina very quickly ( one day per week). I eat healthy home food.
I am sure it can't be only age.
I used to be extremely energetic. I had mild L4-L5 disk bulge. Recovered by exercise. No major illness apart from common cold only.
What can be the cause? Which doctor to go for?
