UGI shows Erosive Gastritis + GERD
Your medicines are correct
Back pain can be referred pain from gastritis/acid reflux
But also rule out Gallstones if persistent
- USG abdomen (to rule out gallbladder issue)
- LFT if pain continues
- Continue meds for 4–6 weeks
Diet advice:
- Avoid spicy, oily, tea/coffee, late meals
- Small frequent meals
- Don’t lie down for 2–3 hrs after food
