You need to start PPI tablets and antacid syrup for a duration of 4 to 6 weeks along with a few days of painkillers. You need an assessment by a surgeon or a Gastroenterologist to decide the correct medication for you. Sometimes cholelithiasis too can produce such symptoms so do consult a surgeon to decide  whether surgery is needed or not. Removing the gallbladder won't have any effects on your body or digestion.
Next Steps
Consult a good surgeon or Gastroenterologist for further treatment.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy and oily foods.
