  4. Endometrial cyst. Rather than surgery?

Endometrial cyst
I was diagnosed by an endometrial cyst recently of 5cm in my ovary. And I also get pelvic cramps abnormal type during my periods along with heavy bleeding and clots. I was also given a ocp named estradiol and medroxyprogesterone hormones but it only cured me temporarily for some months and then the cyst formed again. What can treat the cyst forever ? Is there any other option rather than surgery?
