Massage baby with olive oil before bath,and use basin or green gram powder to bath.. Later apply Jalcare gel(it has aloevera).

Madam Please don't apply aloevera to the skin when there is dryness. It will increase the dryness much more. Apply coconut oil it's the best option If you don't want sticky then can apply badam oil

Yes it's safe, try to apply fresh aleo vera that is better than the one with preservatives. How about coconut oil.. That too is a good option for dry skin. Also if the dryness is more do consult with doctor and make sure it's just dry skin and not associated with any disease.

It can be used. Better option would be some oil like lakshadi thaila application before bath.Give adequate fluids and protein rich food like daals ,raagi in diet as deficiency of nutrients also lead to dryness in children.
