Hello, its always better to opt for natural protein sources as these commercial supplements can affect uric acid levels in most cases and in extreme cases, kidney stones too. Please ensure you are drinking at least 3 liters of water daily and ensure you are avoiding red meat if any. Along with this ensure you are eating good amount of fruits, nuts etc. Just for the next 2 days, drink 1 glass of barley water (boil barley in 400ml water and bring it down to 250ml, strain and drink) on empty stomach and this can flush out some toxins if any. All the best!!!
Next Steps
Please stop commercial whey intake.
Health Tips
Do not overdo barley water. Do it only for the next 2 days, 200ml on empty stomach.
