A blood lead level of 13 µg/dL is elevated — though not in the critical range, it can cause symptoms and worsen other health conditions like anemia, bone pain, and vitamin D deficiency. Treatment Plan: 1. Stop Exposure: • Identify and eliminate possible lead sources (water, old paint, cookware, herbal meds). 2. Medications • Vitamin D3: 60,000 IU once weekly (8 weeks) • Iron + Folic acid: once daily (to treat anemia) • Calcium & Zinc supplements: reduce lead absorption • Vitamin C: 500 mg daily (boosts detox and iron absorption) 3. Diet and Lifestyle: • Eat iron-, calcium-, and vitamin C-rich foods • Stay hydrated, avoid fasting or crash diets 4. Monitoring: • Repeat blood lead level in 6–8 weeks • Check CBC, kidney function, and vitamin D regularly

Low creatinine is good. Livogen z one at night for 2 months after dinner  for anemia,  change in stool color will be there. Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO.  For high lead you need chelation therapy under MD physician.
