Elbow surgery
I had undergone a elbow surgery (with plate screw and wire)  4 year before.. but 6 month before all things remove through onther surgery. So i want to knw that now i can join gym or do any physical activity.. if no how much more time i have to stay away form gym.

Kindly confirm that the fracture has united. Start physiotherapy. Gradual return to usual activities  is the dictum that should be followed.

Speak to your surgeon. He will be the best person to advice you . It depends on what amount of gym activities you do. But you can do gym within pain limits. Do not rush.

It appears that you can indulge in exercises. But you say that the implants were removed 6 months ago. The xrays still shows the implants. I'd recommend repeat Xrays and preferably a clinical examination too, before you join the gym.
