Tennis elbow like symptoms are common occurences. Go and get yourself assessed and treated by qualified physiotherapist. You will be painfree i believe in 5-6 sessions maximum.

It looks like u are sufferring fromTennis elbow. It takes a long time to recover from such pain. U must give adequate rest to that forearm and stop doing heavy work. U may need physiotberapy for pain relief. Pls consult an ortho surgeon.
