My right elbow got fractured on April 2017. I underwent Plaster of Paris treatment nearly 2 and half months and then Physiotherapy for 5 days, and then tried physio at home, finally I can stretch and bend my hand only 70%, if I try to stretch fully it's paining and I can't stretch fully, Is is possible to bend and stretch my fractured hand 100% like before

Once you have a fracture, the joint doesn't come back to fully normal. Especially if you have been in a plaster, that is the nature of the injury. Continue with exercises and see if it helps you. But after this duration, it is unlikely to help much
