Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried Male. Weight 104kg, height 168cm. I have noticed poor to less erection for the past 6 months. I had kidney stone in October 2019. I was given Dynaperes 0.4mg treated by Urologist. I am having Concor 5mg for High heart beat on walking. My resting heart beat per minute is 75, on walking it goes up to 175bpm. My HDL is low 35. Cardiologist has given me Concor 5mg. I have Nexpro L for GERD symptom from 2019 January. Endoscopy done in January 2019 report is fine. Echocardiogram done in July 2019 report is fine. Why am I not getting erection for the past 6 months? My penis is shrunk. What is the cure? Very worried. Please answer.
