Itching, ED, High heart beat on walking
Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 110kg in weight 5 feet 6 inch tall. I have pre-diabetes 103 fasting. HbA1c is normal. I get itching on my testicles, buttocks. Skin is clear. I have urticaria taking Cetirizine for the past 9 years daily. I have ED problem for the past few months. Heart beat increases to 175bpm on brisk walking upto 1km and need to take deep breath. My HDL is 41. Cholesterol is normal. I have done ECG Echocardiogram is normal. I have asthma. I am having medicine concor 2.5mg given by Cardiologist because my BP increases at times and I could not run on TMT due to high heart beat. Please suggest medicine for itching. Along with Cetirizine any other medicine. Advice Why I have ED? Is it heart blockage? Why high heart beat on walking fast? Please give solution.
