Eczema since last four years back

I m suffering with eczema since last 4 years back,Now I m applying Lulizol cream it is better but I need better than lulizol cream so please advise better one so that I can get rid of this desease thanks

Lulizol is not used for Eczema please stop this self treatment as this is of no use. Eczema has to be treated in the acute stage and later some precautions can help minimise the recurrences.
