She has sinus tachycardia n slight ST depression in lead II , III and avF.. She needs Trop T n serial ecgs to be to done before declaring her that she is perfectly alright n good to go home.
Next Steps
Make her lie on a bed with little propped up position.put her to O2 ..give aspirin 375 mg n clopidogreal 375 mg n atorvastatin 80 mg. since she has tachycardia we can also give metoprolol if her blood pressure allows. give an antacid as well.
Health Tips
Tell her not to do any exertional activity.lie comfortably in bed.dont let crowd stand all around her..let air flow nicely around her n reassure her that everything is alright..if she is anxious,an anxiolytic can be given

Better take her to a cardiologist and confirm once if any other test have to be done . Because slight variations are seen in report.
