For last 4 5 days I am getting pain in my neck and heaviness and dizziness in head and pressure in my ears on getting up from a sitting or lying position I am a working executive with Continuous phone usage and bad posture I had spondylitis in 2009 ..can it be the same. .I feel better post rest

Hi I think u have vertigo which is secondary to your spondylosis. I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist doctor and discuss any other causes if vertigo after complete evaluation. Regards
