  4. Ear pain in my right ear. Hurting too.

Ear pain in my right ear.
Pain in the inside of the ear. It is prevailing since yesterday. I feel it is because water went inside my ear when I was taking a shower also I stopped outside in the chilly weather without a scarf. The pain is not letting me sleep. The whole right side of my face (mostly jaw) is hurting too.

As per your description you might have developed acute otitis media..any dental infection or impacted molar should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
