Ear pain for my grandmother

My grandmother is suffering with ear problem. Running water from her left ear with acute pain. She had habit of taking bath at 3 am and this problem she is been suffering for a long time.

It may be due to ear canal infection known as otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection. For time being you can use candibiotic ear drops three drops three times daily for five days
