He went for swimming yesterday and then had ear pain entire night. Gave him a pain killer. He still has ear pain.what should I do.?

You might be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection especially in swimmers. He may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops.
