Ear pain during landing

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Every time i travel by air i have severe ear pain during landing which sometime lasts for 2-3 days, i have already tried chewing gums, valsalva maneuver, ear planes but with no result.

Just use earplugs during the entire flight. You need to use nasal decongestant sprays to relieve your eustachian tube block! I suggest you go in for Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty.
