Ear pain and throat pain right side

Asked for Female, 25 Years

It's been 2 days I visited Ent Dr regarding my throat irritation and right ear pain... Dr did my throat endoscopy and detected throat ulcer due to acid reflux. Given medicines are ulrab l and sucralfate syrup... Now m feeling pain in my right ear lower side.. What to do... Right throat and ear down pain is there..is this happening because of ulcers
