They are not ear buds they are called Q tips and are never meant to be used in the ear. U should keep water absolutely out of your ear, not even a drop of water shouldn’t go in the ear, while bathing u can plug ua ear with ear muffs or vaseline impregnated cotton balls. For the pain use tab amoxicillin clavulanate 625 mg twice daily for 5 days, and tab zerodol sp as an when need for reducing pain.

No ear buds are to be used. They are meant for cleaning the Pinna.. External ear & not to be put inside
External canal wall skin is very thin and gets damaged leads to fungal infections
