Ear Discharge and Pain

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Dear Doctor, Since last day I am facing ear Discharge and pain. I felt (not sure) that some small insect entered into my ear. I used mustard oil and cleaed wax from my ear. Main issue still it is paining, very little discharge and heavyness in ear. Please suggest medicine so that in this lock down situation I can get medicine easily. Regards
