In how much time interval we should consider doctor for ear cleaning and what is the time taken for general ear cleaning process and is there any pain in ear after this process is done and what is the cost of ear cleaning ?

You should at least have one, yearly checkup. If you have dry or excessive wax accumulation it should be more frequent. Generally ear wax is cleaned by syringing or by suction. The procedure does not cause any pain.
