Ear ache with white substance

Asked for Male, 40 Years

My girlfriend has had severe pain in her left ear for 3 days. Went to ER yesterday and ER doctor said nothing is wrong. I've been checking and giving ear drops this whole time and there has been raw irritated skin all the way down to this white pus. I have used peroxide 3 times since last night. Seems to be more pus with severe pain.
