Hi, I am 28 weeks pregnant and past 3 days, I am having ear pain ( ear lobe and below earlobe) which hurts when touched or while chewing. Is this an infection which may clear up on it's own or does it need Dr intervention? As am pregnant am hesitant visit clinic in this lockdown and also take any medications with talking to my gynecologist.

Just take T. Paracetamol, 500mg , 1 tablet twice daily for 3 days..
Do some steam inhalation, twice daily
If pain doesnt come down..u need to get checked by ENT...
Wait and watch for now. It should come down.
