Hi good to see your query. In winter u can v external moisturising cream,veselen etc without having normal soap use glycerine soap. Plenty of vegetables, dry fruits, vegetables r the best for skin maintainace & glowing. Free from constipation. Take enough fibre rich diet.more details u can send me your mail id
