Nutrition for dry dull skin & hair
I am a vegetarian who suffer from dull dry skin and hair . I try to include fruits and vegetables regularly ( which are not heavy on the pocket ). I have been reading everywhere about the benefits of fatty foods. Could you please suggest some good omega 3 supplement . I do take them naturally but I haven't seen any difference . I don't have a thyroid issue and low haemoglobin.

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. The reason for dull skin and hair can be ageing, oxidative stress, B vitamins deficiency, protein deficiency. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. For personalised diet and exercise guidance please contact us.

Hi What you are following wrt diet is almost right.. Try to drink more water and unstrained fruit juices without sugar if possible and use oil based moisturizer for external application and internally consuming lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables containing more of vitamins A, c, e, more of zinc, selenium and EFA's found in flaxseeds, vegetable oils and nuts are necessary too to nourish the skin and hair deep within to keep it's texture and vitality strong.. B-Complex vitamins and high biological value proteins ( Adequate protein intake through diet) such as milk and milk products, pulses / lentils  ( All variety dals) and legumes ( all variety beans containing pods) such as green peas, kidney beans, chic peas etc..).. Look for yellow and orange fruits, vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables for Vit A. For Vit c have more of citrus fruits, bean sprouts, red and green chilli peppers, broccoli etc.. For Vit E use cold pressed wheat germ oil or safflower oil. For zinc and selenium For Zinc - pecan nuts, pumpkin seeds, whole wheat flour, rye flour or oats flour.. For Selenium - can have garlic, onions, Brazil nuts, wheat germ .. For Essential fatty acids EFA's. .. can include both Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids to your diets as already mentioned Flaxseeds or flaxseed oil is high in both Omega 3 and Omega 6  fatty acids..
