Dull upper abdomen pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have pain in left upper quadrant area that radiates to back. frequent burping and bloating. symptoms worsen in empty stomach. sometimes a heart burn too. general physician tested the BP 130/ 80 mmHg and SPO2 is 98 and suggested Pan 40, and tramadol tablets for 3 days. no improvement. kindly suggest me some medications.

The pain you are describing seems to be related to an ulcer disease. Normally ulcers have to be confirmed by an endoscopy. But your complaints seem like classical ulcer disease. Continue the tablets for atleast 2 weeks . Even then symptoms don't reduce. Go for an endoscopy.

Next Steps

Avoid oily and spicy food. Timely eating habits. Have a time interval of at least 2-3 hours between eating and sleeping Lifestyle modifications - yoga, mediation, walking/jogging.
