Dryness on upper and lower lips

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Recently in weeks time have observed dryness on my upper lips and lower lips area. No peeling No itching sensation but dryness like winter season. I wash my face 2-3 times a day. This first time happened to me. No such skin issue history with me. What could be the cause and prevention along with cure for current situation
