Dryness on face skin

Asked for Male, 25 Years

He is having dryness of skin from 4 days, i guess from sunburn he is facing this problem,itching is going on under eyes and rashes are getting on faces redness is there , what to do he applied coconut oil on that, it got more,after that in order to reduce that he applied vaseline on that it got reduced.plz suggest something whether to visit doctor or not?
