Luliconazole cream is an antifungal. It will not help with skin dryness. If you are having well-defined patches on your scalp, the cream may be applied only over that area.
You may have developed resistance to the composition of the antifungal shampoo that you are using. Kindly share details of your shampoo and photographs of your scalp via direct online consultation and I will give you a detailed prescription.
