I tried using cipla 8x shampoo( Ciclopirox and Zinc pyrithione ) for 1 month 2-3 times a week and even tried ketoconazole once
But i have observed that medium sized white flakes disappear after the washing but then small tiny white powder starts flaking and then it accumultes in scalp and which result to white flakes again
I make sure that i dont leave any shampoo residue whie washing
But still i am confused that anti dandruff shampoo are not quite effective on me
I tried coconut oil plus few drops tea tree 1hour before shampooing but that also didnt work
I am not sure whether this is drying issue or dandruff stucked in scalp even after washing
Can someone please guide me on this?
Also , i done my blood test recently my ESR and CRP are slightly elevated
