Dry upper lip

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My both the sides upperlips gets dry always and my skin gets romoved from there.i have applied all the moisture which doesn't work.can anyone suggest me why this is happening.even I have taken vitamin tablets for that which doesn't work. Thanks Anwari
