Dry torn skin

I've been facing a problem of having dry skin since 4 months now but since the past month I've got red marks all over my thighs and they're gradually spreading to my arms and back which is getting really worrying They often itch a lot and once I itch the marks, they start bleeding and get extremely red Please help
